There is always time in the day to take 1 to 10 minutes and jot down some notes and put them to work later. Last July, I sent out my monthly email from my vacation in Tulum, Mexico. It was a pleasure sitting on the beach with my note pad jotting down my message. I returned to my room at the hottest part of the day and wrote and then sent out the email later in the day.
